Just received the southhams lower grill, but the instructions are somewhat crude? if anyone has installed them that could offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

They claim that the bumper has to be removed and wholes drilled in the plastic lower grill to create a location for the zip ties, but wouldn't it be easier to attach 2 zip ties to each of the sides that already have a whole in them and super glue the other side without going through the troubles of removing the bumper and drilling a whole in the plastic grill?

Also it does not seam to be sized to well has anyone else noticed that? or would it make no difference after the install...
