It should be three pulleys and I still stand strongly that it has to do with poor ecu mapping send it back to them and make them take a look at it. Again I say that if all was installed correctly the only thing left is the ECU. The SB I think can be somewhat harmful to the engine, but should not conflict with your upgrades at all.
