From what I'm reading it seems as thought people are voting already?? I know it's the first month and the instructions aren't that clear but we should make a submissions page and state you only have 1 week to post your car or the 10th car is the last. After 1 week you can close the thread (so no submissions are made). Then, create a Poll with a link to the thread with the submissions.

This is typically how I've seen other COTM's go. I say to be fair we close the submissions on 2/14 and then have 2 weeks of voting (since not everyone is on all the time). This would be the fairest way to do it. I was planning on entering but if voting is going on as we speak then I'll wait til next month when the rules are ironed out.
