MUSCLE CAR ENTHUSIAST magazine reports in its March 07 issue, that the SRT-6 is the second fastest car they've tested. The 2007 Shelby GT500 is the fastest.
They said, "With its German pedigree and supercharged V-6, the Crossfire SRT6 wasn't a muscle car in the traditional sense. It just ran like one. This pint-sized rocket was a blast at the track, launching hard and running steady mid-13-second times."
Coming from a magazine that usually focuses on "classic" muscle car iron, having them actually notice the SRT6 was pretty astonishing all by itself.
This should open some eyes for those "enthusiast" who probably never gave a Crossfire a second thought.
