Hello everyone. I just found a 2005 XF Ltd. automatic with 6,500 miles for $19,000. I was looking for a gray Crossfire with red interior. I drove an hour and a half to see the car only to be told it went to auction a few days ago (serves me right for trusting the Internet). We talked some figures and they agreed to pull it from the auction site and bring it back to the dealership. They lowered it from $21,000. This was a VERY small town Jeep dealership and the where admittedly very nice and said they could never get that at auction. So, I think the pending auction worked in my favor toward a lower retail price - they had nothing to loose. I have YET to see the car, that will happen this week. I'm under no obligation and no deposit was needed. The vehicle still has the 3/36 - 7/70 warranty left on it. I think this is a pretty good deal. I'll reserve judgment until I see the car in person. Thanks for any input/opinion!
