Can any of the techs shed some light???

I don't know if I have a problem with my FSS or not. My FSS is now showing my oil change due at 8k miles, currently I have 5k on the car. It has "slowly" been creeping up from the standard 7k. Most of my driving has been 75% highway. I know the type of driving and condition of the oil plays a major part in this equation but was wondering if this sounds right or not and if I should have my dealer look into this.

I know there was some debate a while back on oil change intervals... I opted to go with what the car's computer says.
