Also note... there is NOT a transmission dipstick on the Automatic Transmission. You have to drain the fluid and then refill. I recommend a fluid and filter change after the first 15-20k miles. This removes the 'break in period' debris from the system. After that, every 50k miles is probably enough unless you really drive it hard.
As to the manual transmission... I'm not sure, but whatever the maintenance schedule says, cut it in half for the first one, then follow the schedule after that. Again to get rid of the 'break in period' debris.
This is just the way I was taught to do things by my father. He happened to be a mechanic of 22 years in the Marine Corps., so I kind a feel he knows his stuff.
