Anyone else have this 'problem' annoyance?

I will be driving sometimes by myself but when i have a passenger its worse. The seats will RUB against the 'wall' and squeak. So i moved the forward a little but when i accelerate or turn sharp i guess the weight moves the chair a little and rubs or makes that sound like everything is real tight.

Just curious if i am going crazy or if this is normal!
