I'm glad it has been so easy for every one here ... I showed my service writer the site he took the info to his manager then came back & politely told me,
the shop manger said i need to work with him since this was not an official chrysler site... if it didn't fix the problem i would need to pay half the repair bill...
Oh yeah that finally did it with me I'm an easy going guy...
I told him nicely to go back & tell his boss that we could do that as long as he realized what his QC would look like when i sent it back in...I just had my chrysler 300 C in the shop for the same tranny leak 3 times.
& I also let him know that i would be talking with the owners son who i know...
& let him know **** rolled down hill...
He came back & very politely said my part would be in next week & they would get it taken care of.
Can't imagine why things changed so much.
