Nah, its a Dealer thing. Let's face it, most service managers probably groan & bang their heads on the desk when they see a Crossfire pull into the service bay. They're just so . . . weird. Your average Chrysler mechanic isn't used to something that you actually have to RFTM on to fix. Their usual mantra is "If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem."
I would be willing to wager that Pacifica owners have a lot of the same dealer complaints we do.
