What's the big deal, if it is your car, do what ever you want with it and don't care what anyone else thinks. If you want it to be a MB, Chevy, Toyota and ETC., go for it, who cares. As far as I'm concerned, it is a MB built under the Chrysler name (because Chrysler owns part of MB) and built by MB in Germany with mostly MB parts. It wasn't built in the states by Chrysler with mostly Chrysler parts. People have been modifying their cars for years and even calling them something else. Enjoy your car, that's all that matters. Like I said earlier, the name Chrysler is still on the title and insurance.
