I think partially due to people believing that this car is a chrysler has the price dropped so low, I mean who would actually pay $50k for a chrysler car with chrysler parts, especially one in the performance segment... and please don't tell me that they used to make good cars 30 years ago... times have changed much, and before the merge the entire chrysler // dodge line was cheap low quality cars... maybe and only maybe with the exception of the viper...

Had this car been badged mercedes it would of easily took in the expected MSRP... O well the sales of this car say a lot about chrysler as a company... not only where they given amazing carry over parts, but they were able to come up with an absolutely outstanding design... i love the crossfire, but I give little credit to chrysler for it... except for where it is due... and its due in the design department... those guys and Erik Stoddard did a good job there.
