I wasn't aware that they had closed down until I read your post, that strip was only a 1/2 hour away from me. I had alot of good times with my friends there, and collected lots of trophies from that place too.
I took the Crossfire there last summer, but got rained out and never went back.
I think the first time I started going there was with my Brother in 1960 when he used to race his '57 Chevy. I'm really going to miss that place.
