It is the first light, on the top of the left side of the steering wheel.

It is somewhat of a semi circle, with ridges in the bottom, and an "!" mark in the inside.

Yes, that the warning light for your tire pressure. It's suppose to be the view of a tire as you face the threads. The ! mark is just that.
This is now a universal symbol, used by all car manufactures.
