The "Wedgie" is available at AutoZone for $5.99, quite a savings from the eBay price linked above.

Surprisingly, it does not seem to be to bothersome to the passenger. I'm not thin by any means, but I can sit comfortably in the passenger seat with the Wedgie in place.
