Yes, I agree. I have a very close friend who edits video news for a living. He and I had a conversation on this very subject. He then showed me two stories he had edited to illustrate that very point.
Simple human interest story, but he was able to twist it to both ends of the scale with a bit of creative editing.
Don't believe everything you see... even in real life sometimes.
I completely understand that editing is very manipulative, but here in Los Angeles I run into people like this all day long. Hell I know people who have been here for 17 years and they still can't speak English, WTF?
From what I see most educated person's usually start life as a privilege children, who's parents can afford to educated them, but some of these privilege adults are very dumb too. It's disappointing being in the world’s most powerful country and surrounded by so many ignorant people.
