Yeah. Kinda sounds like the service manager tossed the keys to the gang and gave them free reign for a bobby style joy ride. A mishap or two later and voila!! Into the Five Star Collision Center she goes.
Based solely on what's been posted so far, I too would be highly suspicious. Did you check the fuel level and odometer compared to when you dropped it off? As was said earlier up, this sounds to me like a dealership trying fix a "bobby"... :evil:
