My experience was I was sitting in traffic for a long time on a hot Cali day. Got on the freeway and gunned it and no power, only got up to 60 mph and was afraid to push it any faster. Let the car cool down for a few hours and problem is gone and haven't experienced it since.

Took it to the dealer and they didn't see any problem with the IC pump. I'm guessing it was heat soak that I experienced that day.
