I have the same issue with door rust on my car, and there's no way in hell that I'm gonna let my 5 star Chrysler dealer touche my doors! I would be shocked if they can get the doors hung straight enough to match the body lines.
I agree with you Maxwell, not saying I don't agree with the rest of you... but if the temp fix doesn't work then I will replace the doors as a last resort. The dealer said I could replace the doors anytime under the warranty so I just figured that I'd try waiting out replacing the doors as longs as possible mostly because of the reasons Maxwell listed (door hung straight, disassembly, reassembly, etc.). I will let everyone know what my final decison and the outcome.
