Happy to report that almost 15 years on, my 2007 Limited Coupe, manufactured 11/2006, with 15,300 miles, has no rust nor retained moisture under the door seals, even after going through automated car washes (coats of ceramic protect the finish). Everything still looks like it was on the showroom. Even the rubber seals look and feel new. Just keep it garaged when not driving it. Ceramic makes the finish look deeper than when it was new. Love my XF. It became my only driver this year, but at age 68 I don't drive daily, nor do I need to.
