Re: Design Philosophy
Eric,
I myself is a very great fan of this car. I let go of my '04 Blaze Red Limited for reasons that I don't like what I did with the suspension and the ride was just too stiff and harsh (with 19's and 20's).
I tried to look for another rare and unique design car and my second choice from the crossfire is the Lotus Exige. But unlike the Crossfire, I never experienced that " love at first sight " feeling with the Lotus Exige in terms of styling and design. I only love the speed which is what's missing with my limited. I have to think a zillion times either to get it or not since I am still on the long waiting list for the Exige.
Then, I woke up from my confused state of mind which then tells me " The Crossfire is YOU! ". So I decided to buy an SRT-6 and this time with the price you just can let go for that kind of exotic car. There's no other car out there that can still outshine the great design and uniqueness of our crossfires! Personally, I do like the auto deployed wing though and the Limited rear which really completes the flow of the design.
Thank you Eric for your grand design and for lifting up our passion on cars to another level after years of seeing plain boxy cars out there. Hats off to you and good luck on your new design.
