Design Philosophy
Went to the Indy race last night and I was amazed with all the cars there how many looks I got. I was in heavy traffic getting there and a cop directing traffic took a second and third look at it. Can you imagine how many cars he had already seen? So many see the car and look again because they don't know what it is. I absolutely love cars. My head turned a lot of times because I saw some awesome rides. Did I see another Crossfire? No. We do not have the most expensive, fast or rare car out there but how many times do you actually get to see one unless it's yours?

Somehow I missed this great thread. It is a honor to have the "Creator" Eric Stoddard on here.
I fell in love with the car much earlier than many of you. I used to work for the company that built the original Crossfire concept. I worked there five years and the Crossfire is still my favorite concept car. The production version, especially the SRT, is pretty nice too.

Eric,
I just recently picked up my Alabaster White '05 Crossfire Cpe LTD (with 6 spd MT...YEEEHAAA!) and I have to say I absolutely love every aspect of the design of this beautiful car! I also have a pristine 1986 560 SL and that car is boring to me now from a design standpoint...LOL! I have owned numerous brands with various designs, BMW, Audi, MBenz, Lexus, and this car you have designed is just so unique and interesting to look at! I see the 1930's in parts of the design and I see the future in others, with such a seamless integration that was pulled off with brilliant execution...my hat is off to you!!!
