if its a pinstripe in tape forum... yep... a heat gun or blow dryer will loosen the adhesive and allow you to remove it with your finger nail.

I guess the first thing to do is determine if it's painted or taped. I hope it's tape because I gotta tell ya, I'm a newb and putting fingernail polish remover on my car makes me a little nervous.
