day 2. Wed. car carried to chrysler, chrysler wanted too much money.
day 3. Thurs. car checked--shattered clutch, car taken to transmission shop.
day 4. Fri. car becomes the two-week occupant of bay 3 at transmission shop, chrysler supposed to ship new clutch and flywheel, but doesn't.
day 5-6. Sat-Sun. car remains occupant at transmission shop.
day 7. Mon. Chrysler decides to ship parts.
day 8. Tues...
day 9. Wed. Car supposed to be ready to come home, but that was a week ago, and still no crossfire.
day 10. Thurs. Car remains on a lift.
day 11. Fri. Parts still not received.
day 12-13. Transmission shop closed for weekend.
day 14. Monday. Parts come in; installed on car. car won't start.
day 15. Yesterday. Transmission place believes it's a sensor, so they order it.
day 16. Today. Sensor comes in. installed-car still doesn't crank. turns out the sensor wasn't needed-shipped back. turns out crapsler sent the wrong flywheel.

so, now i have to wait till friday for what i hope is the real flywheel to be delivered and installed. i wish the crossfires were just an independent car that had their own service departments.
Dude, I am sorry about your experience with the clutch but I had a very similar experience with a 2000 Saturn (which actually led to be purchasing the Crossfire). Front to back I was with out a car for 3 weeks for a clutch replacement - it seems that in an automatic world replacing something as exotic as a clutch is a tall order. In theory it should be easier to replace the clutch in a Crossfire than a Saturn (FWD vs RWD) but it is still...
