I did not get the tool to take off the front grill passenger side to get to the towing hook for towing. I tried a long screw driver but it didn't seem long enough. Does anyone know how long the screw driver needs to be so I can buy one in case I need to be pulled up on a flatbed. I called the local Chrysler Dealer but he was having trouble finding the part in his books. Fore owners the process is explained on page 171 of the owners manual and it also shows the tool. Any help would be appreciated.
