Like many of you... my check engine light came on and shows a code of P0410. ( Secondary Air Injection System ). This is the third time this has happened to me...in 8K miles... and it is an intermittent problem. After the dealer checked out the system again...he feels that it is probably the air pump relay that is hanging up. He has some notes about this...but no TSB. He is trying to find out if Chrysler will replace the module under warranty...since it is an intermittent problem...code get set...and CEL in on...but problem does not show when I bring it in.

Mopar Doctor had previously posted info on this open frame relay module as a weakness in the system. The dealer can not find the part number for this relay module. Does someone have the part number for this relay module.

Also...does anyone know if the relay module has been upgraded to a better part? I have a 2005 Limited Roadster.
