The AutoTrader listing states "ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD IN AS IS CONDITION AND WITH SALVAGE TITLES" and that the title "has no branding of any kind." The listing says nothing about a factory warranty, and an "AS IS" title usually excludes express warranties. Sure it's worth asking about, but other listings for "used" SRT6's at a similar price point always refer to the "remaining factory warranty" as a sales feature, so caution would certainly seem to be in order with this one, IMHO. And BTW, what is a "no branding" title anyway?
