I just removed mine and panted the plugs I used to match the car... it cam out looking pretty good.

I was at the auto store picking up a new mit to clean the car and wondered if I could find something to fit in the holes. I found a box of various sized interior panel plugs (the plastic ones that have the smooth round outside that you have to use a thin pice of metal to remove) for chrysler vechicles. I also ran over to the spray paint section and grabed the one that I thougt looked closet (it was called graphite).

I found two differnt ones. one had a dimple in the middle so I went with the smooth version. I had to change the dimeter of the screw part with a utility knife and chop off the tip becase it was to long and was touching something.

I had an extra set of these so I figured I would experiment with them and then make the final pair when I had more time and the weather was better for painting projects.

Well I shot it with plastic primer, then some of the paint I bought and then I clear coated it.

It actually looks good and fits tight into the holes the dealership made in my poor bumper. When the weather is dry I will cut the other exact pair to fit and then paint the correctly.

I have a crummy pic (I only have a camera phone). I will try to see if i can do a gallery thing here and put it up.
