Well actually it does. Since you live in Colorado you are more then familiar with the copious amounts of salt and gravel used on the roadways once the first snow hits and doesn't get washed off until the spring rains. Driving in the winter is like subjecting your car to sand blaster followed by a corrosive dip. My car goes into storage before November and doesn't' come out until April . Even with the 3M bra rocker panels I still have to contend with rock chips in the windshield, fog lights and where the 3M material doesn't cover. I am not concerned with the stability of the car in the winter just the cosmetics.
