My guess is driving without properly warming the engine. I got my crossfire in Late October and drove a few times in winter without warming up for long (late for work).
I experienced problems at around 6,000 miles.
The car did sit in the dealer lot for two years so I dont know how it was drivin the first 50 miles before I got it.
