Thanks in no small part to all your efforts, if I had not had the details you provided they would not have finally thought I might be right. I also put a call into Chrysler to help light a fire under the dealer. But is was really so easy to diagnose, after they put in under the drivers dash with a little test equip. ran setup and a code came back, I believe it was a hex code once converted it was one of the codes you had listed above, and the Chrysler tech at corporate said if you get that code then it is the Aux Water Pump. So simple, all they had to do was get there wax out of there eyes. The bottom line here is they really do not know this car, and thats why they could not sell or market them right. Thanks again.
