I've been fortunate in having good service from my dealer, Rancho Chrysler in San Diego. They only screwed up once in not recognizing that my replacement gas tank was faulty. I can't even really blame them on that because you normally expect a replacement part, especially one as offbeat as a gas tank, to work. My dealer has also gone beyond what was expected several times and did me a tremendous favor when I first bought the car - they did some expensive repainting of the hood when they were not obligated to do so.

If you're anywhere near San Diego then I recommend you give Rancho an opportunity to work on your car. At least they can't be any worse then the other dealers you've dealt with.
