Got the Mercedes V8 airbox (thanks to Dan Root) with K&N filters (cleaned and reoiled before using).
MAJOR improvement over the stock airbox with K&N's = better throttle response esp. at low and mid rev's. Freeway entrance normally hit at 80 mph was 90 today without any other changes !!! Notice a big more intake growl, but not objectionable. I was surprised at the difference it made.

I did notice that the stock ram air hoses are a fairly small area rectangular in shape where they attach to the front bodywork - has anyone looked to see if we can enlarge this ??
