Actually AMG... I can tell you right now, for certain that it only has the Chrysler badge and that most of the engineering specs were withheld from Chrysler as well as the Bosch US headquarters... MB seems to have some "proprietary deal" with Bosch in Germany...
Please don't jump to conclusions because I do my homework very well and I have the facts to back it up...
