Yep, I have a 2000 F150 with over 100k on the clock. Still has original battery. Only major thing I've ever done is replace the front rotors, brake pads, and wheel bearings. Runs like a champ. My 2005 Infiniti G35 however (like many other 6MTs of the same year) had an oil consumption issue at 12,000k. Unacceptable for a car like that. I got rid of it and am hoping I'll have better luck with the SRT6. Its going in tomorrow for the headlight seal deal.
