Well... I suggest you find a child to do it for you... the small hands will make it a lot easier... also make sure everything is perfectly cool cause it is easy to get burned...
And about the colder plug what is your purpose of changing the plugs...? Is it just time for replacement or do you have performance in mind... ? You can go with Denso IK16 on a stock engine that is about equal to what we have maybe even a little hotter or the IK20 or IK22 if you plan to make modifications that will require a colder plug... but if you are keeping it stock and a replacement choose between the 20 or the 16...
