Rather frustrating to say the least.

On a positive note , they did replace the foglights under the TSB notes.

The car is dirty, so I will have something to do when I get home tonight.
Mine loses SC boost after sitting at idle in hot weather for a few minutes (heat soak). If it's been moving for a few miles and it's hot, it usually still has the boost/engaged SC. Worst case, hot day, sitting at light or idling for a few minutes and stationary, then it turns into a slug at the next immediate WOT. It's a limp mode and protects the SC and engine from the excessively hot charge air. That's the good news, we're not trashing our SCs or engines with knock/detonation. I hope... we have an "interheater" when the pump quits.

Good luck next trip to the dealer. Those pumps are failing in large numbers. Some probably haven't figured it out yet but have bad pumps.

Anyone know if the electric aux. pump runs continuously when engine is running or is it cycled thermostatically? Notation on Benz World thread indicated the SLK C32 system had the pump running 5-20 seconds AFTER the engine is shut down. Any SRT pumps doing that?
