As for the concerns about the "crack down", I'd suggest that we make the event very public and perhaps have someone from who has some press credentials with us or call the local TV station.
This seems like something that the press would be hungry for.

Those are good points about the Press, we should/will look into it, if we get a big (More than 25?) group, I'd like over 50 for the 1st one, but 25 would be Great & even 10 to 15 would be fun.
