Just make sure you plug in the cables correctly and disconnect the battery before you do anything. I read on another post that it caused the Air Bag Light to go on and will not shut off unless you have a DRB-III scan tool to reset the system. It's a dealership only tool. They will charge you $45 to do it. Otherwise you can shell out $3,000 to get the tool and do it yourself and re-enable the air bag system.
