1/8th mile was 8.263 @ 88.70
1/4 mile was 12.709 @ 111.69
I was expecting a little better, around a 12.3 to 12.5 @ 115 to 118. but after I got home and did a little reading in the manual, I found this :
In a 13-second 1/4 mile car, the first 12" can take almost four tenths of a second, and at the end of the 12", the vehicle is already moving at about 4 MPH! This means the clock doesn’t start until the vehicle has been moving for 0.4 seconds and has gone 12”. So the way I understand this statement, if I had a almost perfect reaction time in the 1/4, I would have came up with around
a 12.309 @ 115.69.
Steve,
Those numbers are looking pretty good and i can't wait till you get it to the track, but your reaction time on the track has no effect on elapse time.
