It contains greases, oils, hi and low density foams, a high density waxy tape, felt like tapes, etc. It is used to isolate parts that rub one another. If parts can not be isolated, the oils can be used to penetrate plastics, and eliminate squeaks.

maybe i should call the dealership before i go back in to make sure they have a kit handy. is it a chrysler item, and does it have a part number?
