Poked around the website but couldn't find anything on battery pack life.
the battery lasts for about 10 minutes of flight per charge ... i purchased an extra battery for back to back flights ... additional batteries are only $26 or so. the rechargeable lithium batteries should last 6 months or so of heavy flying.
when the battery starts to lose its charge you slowly begin to lose attitude and power (over time)... this allows for more than enough time to return from the skies.
