Got the speakers and amp hooked up yesterday and holy jeez does it sound a whole lot better. Just a few adjustments in the equalizer and bam it was perfect. I'd suggest to anyone to replace the speakers and add an amp to get better sound out of the car.

Also, the amp looks really sweet sitting there in between the seats. The only thing I need to do is paint over the front facing of the light that shines to let you know it's powered on. After it's done it'll have a glow from the outer edges rather than the whole square being filled up in a blue color.
