Just out of curiosity...why would anyone want to darken lights that help one see or be seen such as headlights, taillights...I don't get it...and no matter how many times I tried to get my son to learn how to change a tire he just refused. My daughter can do it but my son can't...I don't think he can screw in a light bulb.
