I called them on this very issue - peak torque was recorded 4,200 RPM for before and at 4,400 RPM for the after installation - if you follow the lines on the graph, both HP and TQ remain higher over stock through out the run with the pulley.

I give credit to them for not altering the initial low RPM readings just to make the results look good.
