I'm telling you, there is a malfunction/error in this dyno graph. They are just spikes due to the way they initiated the dyno run. I am pretty sure a stock Srt-6/C32 will not put down over 300 ft/lbs nor 326 with just a pulley. It sill doesn't answer the question of weather or not there is any low end loss, due to the fact that they engaged the dyno at a higher RPM. So if your concerned with any low end loss you might want to wait until they produce a better dynograph, or buy it, go have a dyno session and report back results.
