I was only cruisin at 70 mph. It was good to see some old friends from other gtg's and meet some new friends that I hope to see at future gtg's. I hope that scheduling at work allows me to make it next year at the Dragon. Bill thanks for all your hard work and scouting out the Dragon so when we needed anything you knew exactly where to go. I wish I had some pictures of the Dragon but it really hard to take pictures with both hands on the steering wheel. Well with out a doubt this was one of the most memorable cruises I've ever been on, by the way are there any Killboy pictures of us on the Dragon on Saturday or was that just a lone photographer taking pictures? Well I hope to see everyone at another gtg soon, good times in a great car!!!
Hi Pat,
Yup, that was one He _ _ va a Weekend, wasn't it.
Thanks for coming all the way from Maryland & I sure enjoyed dinner with you, Irwin, & Jeff Cobb on Saturday night. (& our thanks to Irwin for his Hospitality at dinner).
It may have been one of Killboy's competitors, I'll check their postings & post, if we have some.
Update - Here it is,
I found it on another Photograher's Site: http://www.photoreflect.com/PR3/Albu....aspx?a=462455
We were running a little too late after 5 PM, should have been there at 4-4:30 PM. We were late at the Dam, waiting for the rest of the "Confirmed XFs" & doing a "Wake-Up Call for "Irwin" (Picked up three more XFs though),
we were a little more late at the BBQ Restaurant (my fault), a little late at the Potty stops.
I'll tighten it up for next year's Meets & let Killboy know, "don't leave (for) home without us". (He had our schedule, but we were so late he must have thought we passed on it). (I would have called him, but No cell coverage in the Dragon).
Well, he shot us a lot on our double Dragon run on Sunday with the 8 still in the running.
(& we have over 200 miles of "Professional Video" thanks to Terry, 'AllX'dUp').
My Best!
Bill (SF)
