I just purchased a Pioneer Avic-Z1 (part of my customization) and to get accurate readings for the GPS you need to tap into the speed sensor located somewhere in the dash.

Anyone who has installed an in-dash Navigation unit could you let me know where it's at in case my installer can't find it. He might know but it's always good to have any and all information regarding the install of the unit
