I think there are alot of owners (Xfires and other) who have been told or are otherwise under the impression they have run flats when, in reality, they don't. Run flats are very expensive, very specific tires that have not been well received by the buying public and as long as good passenger tires are less than $100/each - it will likley not change (granted our tires are a lot more than that). They're simply a tough, hard riding, sell right now.
