Ah ok that makes sense because the in service date was 11/21/03 which would mean that the manuf date would probably be prior to October. I actually spoke to Chrysler 800# not a dealer, I tried to different times and both told me I would not need to transfer it so it sounds like i'm ok. I actually went with a different purchase from my previous post, I was on my way to purchase that one until I saw the Ad for the one I purchased and had to look at it because I wanted a white one over the grey, just happened to turn out that they did everything they could to let the car go that day below cost. Good timing I guess lol.
